Old Pettersson wants to go fishing with his cat Findus. In his attic, Pettersson has invented a lightning rod and now wants to try it out with Findus at the lake. They also take the tent with them to go on a trip to the mountains. But the idyllic camping trip comes to nothing. And it's only because of the stupid chickens, who also want to try out what it's like to sleep in a tent. For years, puppet theatre has been a big hit at the Karlsruhe puppet theatre marotte for people aged 5 and over.
