Poetry Slam & Martin Knoch

When the Literarische Gesellschaft presents the FEST stage wordplay spectacle on the Kulturbühne, an entertaining, amusing and passionate show with many forms of modern literature and word art is guaranteed. Jan Cönig from Frankfurt is regarded as one of the formative heads of the German poetry slam scene. He is a multiple Hessian Poetry Slam state champion and is coming to Karlsruhe together with Frankfurt's Aileen Schneider (Poetry Slam Hessen Champion 2022). The field is completed by local hero Adrian Mulas from Karlsruhe (multiple KOHI Slam winner and representative of the KOHI Slam at the 2023 state championship) and Natalie Friedrich (U20 Poetry Slam State Champion Baden-Württemberg 2019) from Malsch. Martin Knoch, also known as guitar virtuoso and award-winning songwriter of the duo "Knoch'n'Wacker - Die Badische Bluesverschwörung", will provide musical support for the slam poets. Matthias Walz will be the presenter.
