Heavy rock and proto-doom? As if it were a band from the 1970s, the Karlsruhe trio with the evocative name, founded in 2022, comes along. Rock that is located somewhere between the beginnings of Black Sabbath and Witchfinder General and reveals the influences of psychedelic and bluesy riffs is the extremely versatile sound of Typhuzz, who have received the highest praise from all sides for their debut long-player on 300 gram vinyl, which was released a few months ago. The boys have also earned themselves an excellent reputation live and have performed with the East German retro rockers Wucan, the Ukrainian genre representatives Stoned Jesus and the legendary Acid King, among others, and have always captivated the audience.
