As the second-placed audience winner of the New Band Festival 2024, the Karlsruhe alternative rock band Up In The Gallery, which was only founded in 2023, will take to the Das Fest field stage. ‘Do you want fat riffs, powerful vocals and snappy guitar solos?’ ask the four band members, who are above-average in attractiveness and below-average in intelligence, who combine influences from metal, jazz and musicals in their music to rock the stages of Karlsruhe and beyond. From melodic hooks and groovy grooves to nasty breakdowns, everything is on offer, including cool instrumentals and sad lyrics.
